It's always almost closing time, but the staff never rushes me out and have given me all the time & help I needed to take care of me. I met Pat in Service for the 1st time when I dropped her off for the 1000 mile service, again it was close to closing, but he took the time to address all my concerns and questions, never hurried me out. "I can't say enough good things about my service experience at Anthem H-D and in particular Tony and all the extraordinary crew in the Service Department. I came in for my 10K service (I really only have 8,000 miles, but figured I'd be a bit early and get it done...) and at the advice of a very observant Tony, recommended an new front tire due to my explanation of the way my VRod was handling. The VRod was ready when promised and as I drove off, it was immediately obvious that my VRod was a "new" HD again! My VRod was a joy when I got last December, but with the excellent service and new parts/tire my riding experience is exceptional. I ride almost 100 miles a day as I am a high school teacher and live about 50 miles from the high school. I need a safe and dependable "ride" and this is what I got with Tony and Anthem H-D!"

"Just a note to let you know how good of an experience I had at Buddy Stubbs Anthem H-D. I'm not a RUB, been doing this since 1974. I've been riding a while and have had many scoots in my time. My latest is "Lucille", a 2001 Road King. I've dealt with many dealerships in the last 12 years... (Lucille has 100K on her) but I can't remember a dealership I've ever had a better experience with. It started with a phone call to their service writer Matt. Then a stop with Jon in sales while Lucille was in the shop. Great new recruit with no sales pressure just good sense, to Scot... an excellent mechanic. Not only did he fix what needed attention but also fixed other things that needed attention... at no charge... That my friend is great service. Thanks a bunch Scot!! If you are not doing your service with Buddy Stubbs Anthem H-D, you should be!!

"I have purchased parts in the past from Anthem H-D for my Road King & had a very nice experience. I was recently in the market for a new bike. My son-in-law and his brother both just recently bought new bikes from Jeff Dennis at Anthem H-D, he came very highly recommended. I went to see him Thurs. 9-1-11 and discussed buying a 2012 Tri Glide. I wanted to trade in my 2010 Road King. Friday, 9-2-11 he had Matt come to my house, about 20 miles away and load up my Road King and take it & me to the dealership. A little over an hour after my arrival at the dealership, I drove away on a brand spankin' new 2012 Tri Glide Ultra Classic. Jeff was very knowledgeable and a very nice guy. He made my buying experience extra pleasurable. I felt like I was part of the family. I will be dealing with Anthem H-D & Jeff for all my future bike needs. "These guys rock, I actually stopped in on my way to buy a different Harley just to look and left with an '06 Street Bob. I like honest, informative people and that is exactly what I got. I told Jeff what I needed specifically, added some custom stuff and got financing right away. I have been back a couple times and everyone is cool and follows through with what they say they will do. "I came into the store to buy a hat. I saw some very nice used bikes at very reasonable prices. The family and I looked but decided let it go and went home, I came back the following day and the bike I originally looked at was gone. The sales man saw us looking and came up and asked if we had any questions. I always say no, because I do not like sales people hounding me. Bill said a few words and said he would be available when I needed him...I liked that he respected my wishes. Well, soon after I needed him and he came up and explained everything that we needed to know about the bike I was interested in. I had a metric bike to trade and he took the time to work that for me as well. Bottom line, I got the bike I wanted, the experience was pleasant and the buyer is happy. In addition, I have been back several time for questions and parts...everyone is friendly and remembers me. They treat us like family. What a great place!!"
